Israel Corp's flagship community program was launched in 2001. The clubs are designed for at risk children and youth, ages 6-17, from problem families with few resources and limited parental guidance. By the end of 2007, nearly 60 clubs were in operation throughout Israel, making a clear difference to many of Israel’s disadvantaged neighborhoods.

The afternoon/evening clubs create an important, substitute home environment for these children, providing them with a warm environment, volunteers who help with homework as well as fun activities and meals throughout the afternoon and evening. The clubs, which have helped hundreds of children and youth potentialize themselves, have touched the lives of many IC-Group managers and employees who generously dedicate their time to this effort.
