Mr. Sarig was appointed Vice President of Business Development and Strategy in 2010. Prior to joining Israel Corp., he served as Director for Corporate Business Development at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. Mr. Sarig was previously an attorney in the Corporate Legal Department of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. He also worked at the law firm of Willkie Farr and Gallagher LLP in New York, as well as the law firm of Herzog, Fox & Neeman in Tel Aviv. He currently serves as a Director of ICL, ORL and IC Power. Mr. Sarig holds an LL.B from the Tel Aviv University School of Law, an LL.M from the Duke University School of Law and an M.B.A from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzelia.
