Mr. Paz was appointed Vice President Finance of Israel Corp. in 2001.  Prior thereto, Mr. Paz was Vice President and Controller of Clal Industries & Investments Ltd. and a director of numerous companies in the Clal Group. He is a director of ICL and several of its subsidiaries, Zim Integrated Shipping Services Ltd., Oil Refineries Ltd. and several Israel Corp. companies. Mr. Paz is a CPA (Israel) and holds a degree in Accounting and Economics from Tel-Aviv University.
