 Mr. Moskovitz is the CEO of Quantum Pacific Advisory Limited, a UK based company. From July 2002 until November 2007, Mr. Moskovitz served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Amdocs Ltd. From 1998 until July 2002, he served as Vice President of Finance at Amdocs, and between 1994 and 1998 he held various senior financial positions at Tower Semiconductor Ltd.
