 Mr. Raff joined the board of Israel Corp. in 2010.
Mr. Raff is a Senior Adviser to Morgan Stanley, the Chairman of the Boards of Aeronautics, Jarvinia Ltd and Epic Ltd., a Director of Varifone Holdings Inc. and ITS and Director & Financial Advisor at Wolfson, Clore, Mayer Corp.
Formerly, Mr. Raff was Chairman of the Boards of Bank Leumi le-Israel B.M., Bank Leumi USA, Bank Leumi (UK) plc, and Bank Leumi le-Israel Corp. He was also Chairman of the Management Council of the Government VC Fund Yozma, Israel Maritime Bank and Paz. Mr. Raff was Accountant General in the Israel Ministry of Finance during the years 1979-83 and Economic Advisor of the Israel Embassy in Washington D.C. during the years 1974-79
Mr. Raff holds an M.B.A. (1967) and a B.A. in Economics & Political Science (1965) from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
Mr. Raff's public activities include the following: Chairman of the Management Committee & Member of the Board of Trustees of the Hebrew University, Jerusalem and Chairman of the Public Management Board of “Youth Leading Change”, a Member of the Board of Directors of “Atidim” and Member of the Management of the Buxenbaum-Netta Fund. Formerly Mr. Raff was also a director in the Hadassah Medical Organization.
