Amir Elstein
Chairman since 2010

 Mr. Elstein was elected Chairman of the Board of Israel Corp. in July 2010.  Prior to his recent appointment he acted as Vice Chairman of IC.  In addition, he is currently a director of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, was Executive Vice President of Teva from 2004 to 2008 and a director from 1995 to 2004. Prior thereto, he was an executive for 23 years at Intel Corporation, including General Manager of Intel Electronics Ltd., an Israeli subsidiary of Intel. Mr. Elstein was appointed Chairman of the Board of Tower Semiconductor Ltd. in 2009. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Jerusalem College of Engineering and a member of the board of several academic, scientific, educational, social and cultural institutions. Mr. Elstein holds a B.Sc. in Physics and Mathematics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, a M.Sc. in Solid State Physics from the Department of Applied Physics of the Hebrew University, and a diploma in Senior Business Management from the Hebrew University.
